About downloading and paying

How does the purchase and download process work?

Answer: It's very simple and completely automatic. Once you complete your payment, you'll be redirected to a confirmation page with a direct link to download your images. You'll also receive an immediate email with the same link.

What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). You can also pay securely through PayPal. We will soon be enabling integrated use of the YAPPY platform. If you need to coordinate another payment method such as wire transfer or ACH, please contact us directly at nicole.lescure@gmail.com.

What happens if I don't receive the email with the download link?

Answer: First, check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes automated emails end up there. If you still can't find it after a few minutes, contact us with your order number and we'll help you immediately.

Does the download link have an expiration date?

Answer: No, the download link does not expire. You can access your files whenever you need. However, we recommend downloading and saving the images to a safe location on your computer or in the cloud (such as Google Drive or Dropbox) so you always have them handy.

On the use of images and quality

What type of files do I receive and what is the quality?

Answer: Our images are delivered in high-resolution PNG format (300 dpi), perfect for quality prints and digital projects. The exact size and specifications are found in each product description. Additionally, we offer SVG format options for customization with multiple applications.

Can I use the images for commercial purposes?

Answer: Use for physical or digital commercial products with added value whose content is not solely the image, up to 100 copies.

Can I print the images in different sizes?

Answer: Yes. Because these are high-resolution files, you can print them in various sizes without losing quality. We recommend checking the specifications in each image description to find out the maximum recommended print size.

What is the difference between a personal and a commercial license?

Answer: With the personal license, you can use the images for non-commercial projects (social media use, home decor, personal gifts, etc.) and commercial use up to 100 copies. With the commercial license, you can use them on products you plan to sell in large quantities. In this case, the commercial license must be purchased separately.
